    Talentless staff botched up my new account and wasted my money and time, all before my card even arrived! One particular girl was extremely condescending when I had to go in to get things sorted with my account (after they ignored my emails, and didn't tell me they messed up until I called them). Obvious poor comms between the team, since there was no knowledge overlap. The whole experience made me leave commbank with a bitter taste in my mouth.
