  Pittoresque building that houses a cozy hotel with comfortable but very small rooms. Very quiet AC, fridge, electric kettle and blow dryer are available in the room, safety deposit box and iron are not. For people taller than 180 cm the shower head will be too low to comfortably wash their hair.

  Check in and check out was smooth, we paid slightly more for the Queen room and this was still very small, only one half wardrobe and a couple of shelves. For 3 nights stay this was sufficient but I would suggest upgrading if you are in Sydney for longer. The area (Potts Point) is very nice although some shops are a little seedy further round the corner. About 30 minutes to the Opera House through the botanical gardens. Had a lovely stay here

  Chic, my room was small for the price, historic precinct and building, close to cafes and the hustle and bustle of Kings Cross. A short walk to Woolamaloo Wharf, and walking distance to famous Sydney Tourist Attractions including Botanical Gardens, Sydney Opera House, The CBD, Woolamaloo Wharf, Some Inner City Waterside suburbs. A short stroll to King's Cross suburban train station and the complex Nd vast suburban bus and ferry transport systems.
