  The hotel is in a old building and if you have opted for a small room then you are on the fifth floor and the windows rattles in the wind. The lift stops at 4th floor and you have to lug your luggage up a flight of steep stairs. And the rooms and bathrooms are small. So have no illusions.

  The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is adequately staffed. The cleaning staff are a bit overeager, constantly supplying toiletries and new towels. The only con is the slow elevator.

  The good point is its a just few minutes away from Kings Cross train station and on the backpackers alley so well thronged with reasonable eating joints. However it's near Darlingtonhurst red light area.

  Perfect place if you're mostly looking for a no frills room with a bed and a private bathroom. Great price point, and in a very active neighborhood with plenty to do and get food nearby.

  Best hotel service I've received. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Let us check-in earlier and stored our bags when we checked-out. They offer a free gym at Anytime fitness, room clean service, paid for transfer shuttle.

  The wi fi is extremely slow and very erratic. Best not to do any financial transactions. But if in need of any printout they have a desktop connected printer which we used to printout our boarding passes.
